Ok, it's o levels results day... And fine, so I'm not the recipient this year, but it still concerns people around me right? Fine. Just to list some advices to people choosing their JCs, least they become me... Er... Oh shucks.

Anyway, just to tell you guys not to waste your first choice. Please, don't try to place a bet, and end up not in your first choice or second, or third... Man, that hurts. Really, and really, choose a school that you think is your standard. Try not to go to jcs that you know you can't cope but want because it's your dream school. You'll probably end up quite pitifully, not coping with most subs. The best is to aim for a school that you know that you should be the high flyers, or say the least, the average cohort. That will boost your morale, and you'll do better than if you were in a good school but you rank bottom.

Ok, I think I sound pessimistic, but that's really how I felt when I was in JAE. Man, I don't wanna talk about it, but those days it really sucked, right down to the very rock bottom. I was totally at odds on where I should go. Take it from me, don't ever feel that your results suck, coz in the end, it doesn't matter. At least, they don't matter to me now. I'm in a decent JC (fine, average), I'm doing quite well, I have great friends in school... You don't have to get into the best or the dream school. To me, being realistic is better. I don't know about poly-goers, but here's a little talk from me. You don't have to listen, I'm just talking to a rickety computer, but it's a thought from me.
